dOLLARS

I won’t bore you with all the struggles of collecting legal certificates — GST, IEC, and so on.
Each step came with challenges, and Giftsira tested my patience in every direction.

But let me tell you this:
Even after all that, Craftsira still sold zero products.
Yes, zero.

And yet… my hope didn’t die.
Instead, it grew bigger.

Because I realized something:
Outside India, people are crazy about Indian handmade products.
They crave the real, authentic pieces that we often overlook here.
So I thought, “If not India, maybe the world is waiting.”

That’s when my dreams started going global.
And yes — my thoughts slowly started shifting into dollars. (😅)

Then another realization hit me:
I was now the owner of four sites.
Some active, some “coming soon.”
But still, when I thought about it, I felt proud.

At the same time, it was also clear that marketing each site separately would burning too much.
Every site needed its own budget, its own promotion.

So why not bring them together under one umbrella brand?
One strong name that would represent them all.
One identity for the world to see.

And that’s when I created SHOBHARA.

It wasn’t just a random name.
It came from my roots, my family, my everything.
•“Sho” from my mother Shobha.
•“Bha” from my father Bhaskar.
•“Ra” from my daughter Ira.

Together, they became Shobhara — my umbrella, my shield, my pride.

Now, Shobhara isn’t just a business brand.
It’s my family, my strength, my dream — holding all my ventures together under one roof.
