If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help through our fair and transparent return and refund process.
] Eligibility for Returns [

Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. and product unpacking video must be need.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain products such as personalized, custom-made, handmade, or print-on-demand items (e.g., name gifts, printed t-shirts, or crafted pieces) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
] How to Initiate a Return [

Include your order number, photos & unpacking video of the product, and a short description of the issue.

Our support team will verify the claim and provide a return approval and pickup instructions (if applicable).
] Return Shipping [

For approved return cases, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide the return address.

In case of international returns, customers may need to ship the item back using a trackable courier service.

Return shipping costs are covered by SHOBHARA only if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

For voluntary returns (change of mind, size/color preference, etc.), return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
] Refunds [

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to reflect in your account.

Replacements are subject to stock availability and verification of your claim.
